Remote Administration Portal

The RAP is an online portal that allows administrators to manage communication functionality, simplify deployment and control platform administration.
Rapid message broadcasting ensures that essential personnel receive the information quickly and can be forced to acknowledge the message on a "grab the baton" basis.

Lock or wipe App data remotely

In the event of lost mobiles, administrators can help locate them, lock the App or even remotely wipe the secure user data. If a user simply leaves their phone at home, they need only log in to another mobile and their data is automatically configured onto that device. Unread messages are retransmitted to the new device and all Zipit contacts and settings are restored.

HOW SECURE IS IT?

In a word, very! The two-way messaging uses an SSLv3, 256 bit AES, transport layer security (TLS)-encrypted channel. It provides delivery confirmation, read receipts, priority-based messaging and alert overrides, helping to ensure reliable delivery with full traceability and accountability.

WHAT EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED?

The messaging solution requires no pagers, no transmitters, no server or other equipment installation on site. All you need is iOS / Android devices with the Zipit Confirm App installed, login credentials for the users and administrator access to the secure online RAP portal.

CAN WE USE OUR EXISTING SMARTPHONES?

Absolutely! If you want to use your existing smartphones or even those used by your staff on a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) basis, then by all means do so.
